EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Orders can be returned or exchanged within 3 days if in new condition. The customer is responsible for paying all shipping fees.
To request return/exchange, please follow these steps:

Pay the shipping fee *
A return policy will be sent via WhatsApp, prepare the shipment and attach it to the return label and ship it *
Once we receive the shipment, we will contact you within a week to complete the return or exchange process *
The refund takes from one to two weeks *
